By booking a tour with Visit Omo Valley Tours , you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms form the entire agreement between you and Visit Omo Valley Tours regarding your tour.

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all tours. Must include medical evacuation, trip cancellation, and baggage coverage.
We're not liable for circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, political unrest, or airline disruptions.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or government tax changes.
We may modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or safety concerns. Alternative arrangements will be provided.

Ethiopia has specific health requirements including yellow fever vaccination for travelers from certain countries. It is your responsibility to check and comply with all health requirements. We recommend consulting with a travel health clinic 4-6 weeks before departure.
While we take all reasonable precautions for your safety, adventure travel involves inherent risks. You must follow the instructions of our guides at all times. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behavior may compromise safety.

Visit Omo Valley Tours and its respective employees, agents, representatives, and assigns accept no liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or any other incident which may be caused by the negligence, defect, or default of any company or person in performing these services.
By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You also confirm that you have adequate travel insurance covering your entire trip.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Ethiopian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ethiopia.
